Does your story need to be spelled out?

Closed captioning can get confusing.

We hope we can clear your picture:

  • Closed Captioning
  • Non-English Closed Captioning
  • As-Broadcast Scripts, Continuity

Please read more about each services below and let us know if you have questions.

Closed Captioning

Closed captioning is text of the audio for those who are hearing impaired. It’s not subtitling, which is for foreign language viewers. Closed captioning includes written out dialogue or narration of what’s going on audio-wise in the video, but it also includes text descriptions of sounds like laughter, banging, or thunder.

Non-English Closed Captioning

At DKP, we have done Closed Captioning in French, Italian, German, and we’re dying to try it in more languages. These languages often have their own style for captioning, but that’s part of the fun!

As-Broadcast Scripts, Continuity

As-broadcast and continuity scripts are similar to scripts used to shoot video and film, but instead of being the pre-cursor to a video project, they’re a rendition of the end result.
