If your movie is showing in a theater, then it’s highly recommended you have a surround sound mix. Stereo just won’t cut it if you want your sound to go to the right channels in a theater. All major formats such as Netflix, Amazon Video, iTunes, DVD, and Blu-ray Disc are optimized for surround sound.
